You have the option to add Sleep (duration) and Sleep Score. Learn how to add a biometric on mobile here.

Sleep Data in your Dashboard
When you have sleep logged in your diary, you will see a breakdown of your data in your Dashboard.
If you have a device connected that tracks sleep stages, click the > symbol to display this.
If you do not want sleep to display on your dashboard, you can toggle this off in your dashboard settings.
Go to More > Display > Dashboard Settings > Show Sleep Data toggle Off
Sleep Data in your Diary
If you have imported sleep duration from your device, you can also see your sleep breakdown by clicking the > symbol.
Chart your Sleep Data
Gold users will have access to track sleep in your charts. To get here, go to Discover > Charts.
If you have a device connected you will see the option to add Sleep Stages in your Chart Library. Tap Manage Charts > Sleep Stages toggle on.
