Access the Settings tab at the bottom right of your screen.
Here, you can manage body detail settings. It is important to ensure that this information is accurate and up to date at all times, as this information will directly affect your calculated nutrient targets.
Age
Set your age. Use the calendar widget to enter your date of birth.
Sex
Set your Gender. This section provides options for pregnant and breastfeeding women to increase daily calorie needs and set appropriate nutrient targets determined by the USDA.
Weight
Updating your weight in this section will automatically add a weight biometric in your diary.
You can also enter your weight or height using the Add Biometric option in the Diary, this will also update your weight in the Profile.
The most recent values will be used to calculate your energy and macronutrient targets, if applicable.
You can change your weight loss/gain goal in the Targets section.
Height
If your height changes, be sure to update it here, as your height affects your calorie needs for the day.
BMI
BMI is calculated from your height and weight, according to the formula: weight (kg) / height (m)2.
Body Fat %
Please refer to our section on measuring body fat % to learn how to measure this metric.
You can also enter your body fat % using the Add Biometric option in the Diary, this will also update your body fat % in the Profile.
The most recent values will be used to calculate your protein target, if applicable.
