Cronometer currently does not export:
- Food
- Calories consumed
- Daily nutrient totals
The Google Health integration is configured with water export enabled and calorie/nutrient export disabled.
Therefore, Fitbit's behaviour of sending daily food nutrient totals does not apply to Google Health.
Force Sync
Google Health Backfill is limited to a range of 20 days. Please select a date range Equal to or less than 20 days when force syncing.
Troubleshooting
How to Resolve a Google Health Connection Error
Please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Health app.
- Sign in using the Google account you want to connect to Cronometer.
- Complete any outstanding account or profile setup.
- Confirm that your health profile and data are available under that Google account.
- Open Cronometer and go to More > Connect Apps & Devices.
- Disconnect Google Health if it appears connected or partially connected.
- Select Google Health and sign in using the same Google account.
- Grant all requested permissions.
- Confirm that Google Health appears under Connected Devices.
If the connection still fails, please reach out to support@cronometer.com with a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.

Please ensure you are only importing data from one device integration. If you have more than one of these integrations connected you may see incorrect values imported into your diary.
Please also note, if you are importing data from an unsupported integration into one of our supported integrations, we cannot guarantee that the dat will be imported without error.
