If you eat the same thing most days, make it easier! Tap one button to add them all!
Set up your repeating foods in the foods tab. Once they are set up, all you do is go to your diary each day to confirm the diary entries.
Go to the Foods tab to set your repeating foods
- Tap 'Repeat items'
- Tap 'Add'
- Search for the food you would like to add and select it
- Choose the timestamp and diary group to which you would like the food to be added
- Choose what days you would like the food to be added into your diary

Once you have added a food to your list you will be prompted each day to log the items. Each item will be logged according to the diary group, day, and timestamp you have set
Pause a recurrence by disabling the repeat item in the foods tab > repeating items
Delete a recurrence in Foods tab > repeating items. This will permanently remove the recurrence.
