The Nutrient Targets Summary can be found directly below the Energy Summary in your diary.
The Nutrient Targets Summary section shows all of your tracked nutrition. There is a configurable section of nutrition scores and highlighted targets at the top, and then the full list of targets separated by category below. Edit your Highlighted Targets and Nutrition Scores in More > Display
A target may have a minimum and maximum value set, but neither are required. By default we set each nutrient to the recommended values as set by the DRI nutrition standards. The basic idea for these targets is to get at least 100% of the minimum value each day to have good nutrition. For nutrients that have a maximum, it is recommended to not exceed the maximum value.
Bars colored in Grey mean you have not yet reached your minimum target
Bars colored in Green mean you have met the minimum target and not yet exceeded your maximum target.
Bars colored in Red mean you have exceeded your maximum target.
You can hover your mouse over a bar to see the top contributors from your diary on that day to meet this specific target.
You can click on a bar to view or edit the nutrient targets. You can also easily edit your nutrient targets in the Profile + Targets section of the Settings tab.
Note that if you select (or multi-select) items in your diary, or select a diary group header, the nutrition targets will update to show just the values for the selection. This can be useful to analyze specific foods or meals and how they contribute to your nutrition.
Gold users can also find the Oracle food Suggestions tool in this section.
