Date Range
Choose a preset time frame. Gold subscribers can set custom time ranges. Basic users have access to one week prior to the current date.
You can also quickly change your date range by tapping the range displayed at the top of your report
Include Today
Choosing not to include data from today may be useful in creating an accurate report. Since it is reporting averages, you may or may not want to include the current day in the results; For instance, if you are only part-way through the current day and haven't logged everything, it will bring your averages down.
Include Supplements
Un-check this option if you want to see a report based only on foods you eat, excluding your supplements.
Days Displayed
Choose between All Days, Non-Empty Days or Complete Days. By default, all days are marked as Incomplete.
Complete days exclude days that are empty or incomplete. You can mark days as complete or incomplete in your diary.
