Monitoring your Streaks is a great way to stay motivated to keep on top of your health. Logging your food every day can be hard to remember, or often becomes tedious. Don't break your streak!
To find your streaks: Go to the Discover tab > Dashboard.

What is a Streak?
A streak consists of consecutive days of logging items to your diary. This can be foods, exercises, metrics, or fasts.
- Exercises and metrics imported from other devices or apps do not count towards your streak
- You must access your account and log the item day-of for it to count towards your streak. Logging items retroactively will not contribute to your streak
Display your Streak
You can display your streak by going to:
- More > Display > Dashboard Settings
- Tap on Streak Settings
- Toggle on Show Streaks
You can toggle off the Streak widget at any time.
Current Streak
The large number in the main display indicates your current streak - how many days including today have you logged an item to your diary.
You can see a breakdown of the items that have contributed to your streak on the right.
Your 'Streak to beat’ or ‘Longest streak’ is the longest number of days you’ve consecutively logged across your entire account history. You can find this number under your current streak and in your All-Time Stats.
All Time Stats
Tap on the dashboard widget to delve even deeper into your stats! Here you will see:
- Your longest streak across your entire account history
- The total number of foods, exercises, biometrics and fasts across your entire account history
