Our water tracking feature allows you to quickly track your drinking water throughout the day.

Water Widget
You can find the Water widget in your Diary. Tap on the arrow in the top right to show or hide the widget.
- By default female users will have a daily goal of 6 cups (48 fl oz) and male users will have a daily goal of 8 cups (64 fl oz). However, you can change your goal by tapping on Water Settings.
- Tap on the + to add a cup or the - to remove a cup. You can also add water above and beyond your goal. Keep tapping on the + and more cups will appear in the widget.
- You will also see your Total Water target bar, which reflects your Total Water consumed from both food and beverages. Tap on that bar to edit your Total Water Target.
- Tap on + Add Custom to add a one-time Custom Amount to your widget
Water Settings
Tap on Water Settings from the Water Widget directly to access the Water Settings.
Show water widget. Toggle this off if you'd prefer to hide the water widget in your Diary.
Show water widget entries in Diary. Toggle this on if you would like your drinking water to appear in your Diary, in addition to the water widget. You can also choose which Diary Group you'd like water entries to go.
Show total water nutrient target bar. Toggle this off if you'd prefer to hide the Total Water Nutrient Bar in the water widget. Note: You can still see your total water nutrient bar in your Daily Report.
Units. Choose if you'd like to track water in fl oz, mL, or cups.
Daily Water Tracking Goal. Edit your daily drinking goal.
Container Size. Gold users can edit their default container size for more customized tracking (for example, if you prefer to track by the size of your water bottle).
Reminders. Set reminders to track water at certain times of the day.
