Monitoring your Streaks is a great way to stay motivated to keep on top of your health! Logging your food every day can be hard to remember, or often becomes tedious! Don't break your streak!
You can find your streaks displayed in your dashboard.
What is a Streak?
A streak consists of consecutive days of logging items to your diary. This can be foods, exercises, metrics, or fasting.
- Exercises and metrics imported from other devices or apps do not count towards your streak
- You must access your account and log the item day-of for it to count towards your streak. Logging items retroactively will not contribute to your streak
Current Streak
The large number in the main display indicates your current streak - how many days including today have you logged an item to your diary
You can see a breakdown of what types of items have contributed to your streak on the right
Streak to Beat
Your ‘streak to beat’ or ‘longest streak’ is the largest number of days you’ve consecutively logged across your entire account history.
All Time Stats
Click on the chevron in the top right corner of the dashboard widget to delve even deeper into your stats! The widget will expand to display details on the number of foods, exercises, biometrics and fasts across your entire account history.
