Create templates for your macronutrient targets and schedule them on different days of the week. Use your templates to plan different macronutrient targets depending on your workout days or diet plan, and to make changes to day in your diary without changing your regularly scheduled programming.
In the Settings tab under Targets >Target Scheduler turn on the Scheduler using the switch next to Enable Scheduler:

Create a New Target Template
Create a new target template using the green button at the bottom of the screen.
First give your template a name.
Choose from any of the macronutrient target settings: Macro Ratios, Fixed Values or the Keto Calculator to set up your targets and save as a template.
Use your current Energy Target Settings from the Profile + Targets tab, or override those settings with a custom energy target for your template.
Click save to add these settings to your list of templates.
Edit a Target Template
Edit your template if you'd like to make any changes and apply them to all days where you have scheduled this template, in the past, present and future.
Tap the template to select it from your list of templates, then make any edits you'd like.
Tap the save button, then confirm you would like these changes applied to past days when this target was scheduled.
Edit a Copy of a Target Template
If you would like to edit a copy of a template without affecting your previous targets, tap the template name to open it, then click the three dots menu in the top right corner. Select Edit a Copy from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Make any edits you'd like without affecting your previous data. Click Save and the copy will be saved as a separate template in your list:
Delete a Template
Deleting a template will remove it from all days in the past, present and future that use this template. If you have used this template in the past, consider Editing a Copy of the template instead so that the targets you used in the past are saved.
Select the template you would like to delete. Tap the menu in the top right corner, then select Delete Template from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm that you would like to delete the template and revert days using this template to your default macronutrient target settings.
Tap a day of the week to schedule a macro target template. This will apply your template to that day of the week going forward.
Selecting a new template for that day will apply the new template going forward only, preserving the targets you scheduled in the past. To apply changes to your template in the past, edit your template in the Templates section or edit a single day in your diary.
Clear your schedule and return your targets for all days going forward to your macronutrient settings you've selected in your Profile + Targets.
Edit a Template from Your Diary
View which template is used each day in your diary:
Maybe your day didn't go exactly to plan or you squeezed in a workout on your usual rest day. Edit your targets for a single day in your diary on the fly without changing your scheduled targets. Editing your targets for the day will not affect your targets for days in the past or future. This option will only edit your targets for the current day in your diary.
Click the Target Editor displayed above the date banner in your diary. This will open a side menu where you can edit your targets for the current day.
Select a template from your list to apply it to the current day, or tap Edit Today to customize your targets any way you like.
Save your changes and confirm that these changes will be applied to this day only.
