In this tab, you can manage the following account information:
Login
Use the Login section to change your email address, password, and enable two-factor authentication.
Notifications
Choose if you want to receive Cronometer newsletters. Turn this option off to unsubscribe from our emails.
Billing
Manage your Billing Settings in this section. You can view at a glance your monthly plan price, the number of clients you are monitoring, and view any upcoming bills.
Update your payment type
Use the menu to update or delete your credit card.
View Invoices
Click on View to get a printable or PDF format of your detailed invoice.
Cancel Subscription
Use the menu to cancel your subscription.
Your account will revert back to the Basic version of Cronometer at the end of the billing period. Your professional account will be canceled and access to all clients and their note history will be revoked. Any existing clients your account is monitoring will lose access to their gold subscriptions and any foods or recipes you have shared with them. Clients will retain their personal data in a free basic Cronometer account.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your Pro subscription by clicking on the Reactivate button.
Account Data
Use this section to permanently delete your account.
Your professional account will be canceled and access to all clients and their note history will be revoked. Any existing clients your account is monitoring will lose access to their gold subscriptions and any foods or recipes you have shared with them. Clients will retain their personal data in a free basic Cronometer account.
Your associated personal account will also be deleted and all personal historical data permanently removed.
