You can access the target section by going to More > Targets.

Weight Goal
By default, your Energy Target is calculated from your Weight Goal, which is set to Maintain Weight.
If you'd like to lose or gain weight, you can adjust your settings here by setting your goal weight and the rate at which you'd like to lose or gain per week.

Nutrition Scores
Toggle on Show Nutrition Scores to add Nutrition Scores to your Diary and Daily Report. You can select up to 8 Nutrition Scores.
