The Diary tab is where you can view and edit entries your client has logged. You can also view a detailed summary of the micro and macronutrients for the items logged in your client's account.
The diary will display:
- Timestamps
- Entry type
- Description of Entry
- Amount of entered entry
- Unit type
- Energy (If you like, you can customize this column to show a different nutrient)

Change the Date of the Diary
The diary will default to today, but you can choose to view or edit any day by using the right and left arrows on the green date icon to navigate to different days.
Click on 'Today' to expand the calendar widget to select a specific day to open in the diary. You can easily navigate between years or months by selecting the double or single arrows at the top of the calendar.
Adding Items to the Diary
You can add four types of items to your client's daily diary by using the four buttons at the top of the screen:
- Food: Log everything you eat and get a comprehensive view of your nutrition
- Exercise: Log how much time you spend doing physical activities, and we'll keep track of how much extra energy you've burned.
- Biometrics: Record measurements like your weight, body temperature, blood pressure, and cholesterol to track trends over time.
- Notes: Keep any notes for the day. Add photos to your notes for more detail
- Fasts: Start or schedule a new fasting period
Energy Summary
A summary of your client's daily nutrition is displayed in the Energy Summary section. You can view the energy summary below the diary.
This shows how much of each nutrient has been logged in your client's diary compared to their targets.
Nutrient Balances
At the bottom of the diary page below the Nutrient Targets, you will see a number of gauges. These can be used to determine different nutrient balances including:
- Omega 6:Omega 3
- Zinc:Copper
- Potassium:Sodium
- Calcium:Magnesium
- Calcium:Oxalate
- PRAL
Fasting
When your client is fasting this green bar will appear above their diary. You can learn more about setting up fasts and editing them here.
