Cronometer imports activities with an energy burned value associated from Strava.
Please note, activity data will only be imported from Strava if there is an energy burn value associated with it. If Strava does not report a calorie burned value, Cronometer does not have a value to import.
If data is no longer importing from Strava to Cronometer, Please try un-linking Strava from Cronometer, and relinking to reset the connection:
- on your computer, login to your Strava account.
- Once logged in, go to settings, and then My Apps. On this screen, you should see Cronometer listed
- Click 'Revoke Access' for Cronometer.
- Re-link with Strava, making sure all permissions required are granted.
Double counting/ incorrect data
Cronometer integrates with
- Apple Health
- Google Fit
- Samsung Health.
Please ensure you are only importing data from one device integration. If you have more than one of these integrations connected you may see incorrect values imported into your diary.
Please also note, if you are importing data from an unsupported integration into one of our supported integrations, we cannot guarantee that the dat will be imported without error.
