You can choose to ‘Turn All Categories On’ or you can manually select what data Cronometer can read and write into Apple Health. Select 'Allow' in the top right-hand corner to save permissions.</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/17227647701140\" width=\"304\" height=\"614\"></p>\n<p>If you are tracking activity with an Apple Watch, we recommend setting your <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060451852\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"undefined\">Activity level</a> in your Cronometer account to one that best describes your everyday life. To do this:</p>\n<p>Open Cronometer &gt; <strong>More</strong> &gt; <strong>Targets</strong> &gt; <strong>Energy</strong> <strong>Expenditure</strong> &gt; <strong>Baseline</strong> <strong>Activity</strong> <strong>Level</strong> &gt; Select the Baseline Activity Level that best describes your everyday life.</p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01K6NHYBDM880YTKH35WDAH09T\"> </h2>\n<h2 id=\"h_a439abe5-622b-44da-9bf9-35cf0dcd0208\">Manually Backfill Your Apple Health Data</h2>\n<p>If you notice missing Apple Health data in your Cronometer diary you can use our manual backfill feature to retroactively sync it with your Cronometer diary.</p>\n<p>Open Open Cronometer &gt; <strong>More</strong> &gt; <strong>Connect Apps &amp; Devices</strong> &gt; <strong>Apple Health </strong>&gt; Tap on the calendar icon next to <strong>Backfill</strong></p>\n<p>From here you will be prompted to select the date you wish to backfill from. Once you tap ‘Backfill’ please allow the loading bar to complete before exiting the app.</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\"> </p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/37860349602580\" width=\"300\" height=\"651\"> <img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/37860334257172\" width=\"300\" height=\"651\"></p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\"> </p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01K6NHYBDMP8F74TTFTNHD6TKK\" style=\"line-height: 15.0pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;\"> </h2>\n<h2 id=\"h_01HRZG4G9JJ21EAMA1AQ190YQJ\" style=\"line-height: 15.0pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;\">Biometric Timeseries</h2>\n<p>If you are tracking biometrics with your Apple Watch, this will be imported as time series data.</p>\n<p>It would appear in your Diary like this:</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/29209612697236\" width=\"300\" height=\"650\"></p>\n<p>Tap the Heart Rate entry to view what your Heart Rate data looks like throughout the day, it will take you to a chart:</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/29209567177492\" width=\"300\" height=\"651\"></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01J4Q93GT8BVGMQRGDVMWJNSV4\">Sleep</h2>\n<p>To import your sleep data you will need to toggle on <strong>Import Sleep. </strong></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/37860349604244\" width=\"300\" height=\"651\"></p>\n<p>If you use a third-party app to track your sleep data in Apple Health, you will need to change your <strong>third-party app </strong>permissions to read only, so sleep data from the third-party app isn't exported back to Apple Health giving you inaccurate data.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Follow these steps:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Apple Health</strong> app</li>\n<li>Tap on <strong>Sharing</strong>\n</li>\n<li>Tap on<strong> Apps and Services</strong>\n</li>\n<li>Tap on<strong> *name of third-party app*</strong>\n</li>\n<li>Toggle off all permissions under<strong> ALLOW \"*name of third party app*\" TO WRITE</strong>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<h2 id=\"h_01K6NHYBDMB95HPB06N7BS9G59\"> </h2>\n<h2 id=\"h_01H27CWCB6JPJB0CW5SVYJAVS8\">Troubleshooting</h2>\n<p>If your Apple Health data has stopped exporting into Cronometer, you can troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:</p>\n<p>1)    Manually Backfill Data</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow the process outlined <a href=\"#h_a439abe5-622b-44da-9bf9-35cf0dcd0208\" target=\"_self\">here</a>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>2)    Uninstall and Reinstall Cronometer, then Reconnect to Apple Health</p>\n<ul>\n<li>To uninstall the app hold your finger on the Cronometer app until a menu appears, then select ‘Delete App’. (Not to worry!
