On your mobile device, you can Copy and Paste diary entries such as foods, exercises and biometrics from one day to another or from one diary group to another.

Copying Items

Copy a single item

    \n
  1. Swipe the diary entry to the right.
    2. \n
  2. Select the blue menu icon.
    3. \n
  3. Choose Copy from the action menu.
    4. \n

   

Copy multiple items

    \n
  1. Tap the menu in the top right corner of the diary.
    2. \n
  2. Choose Multi-Select.
    3. \n
  3. Select all of the items you would like to copy from your day.
    4. \n
  4. Select the menu again.
    5. \n
  5. Choose Copy from the action menu.
    6. \n

  

Copy a diary group

    \n
  1. Swipe the diary group header to the right.\n
    2. \n
  2. Select the  menu icon.
    3. \n
  3. Choose Copy from the action menu.
    4. \n

You also have the option to Copy Yesterday's Group to paste everything logged in the same group on the previous day.

 

Copy an entire day

    \n
  1. Tap the menu in the top right corner of the diary.
    2. \n
  2. Choose Copy Current Day or Copy Previous Day from the menu.
    3. \n

Copy to Today

From a past date in your diary, you also have the option to Copy to Today. This action pastes the selected item(s), diary group or entire day into today's date.

 

Pasting Items

Paste into diary

  1. Navigate to the date in the diary you wish to paste.
    2. \n
  2. Tap the menu in the top right corner of the diary.
    3. \n
  3. Choose Paste.
    4. \n

   

Paste into specific diary group

    \n
  1. Swipe the diary group header to the right.\n
    2. \n
  2. Select the blue menu icon.
    3. \n
  3. Choose Paste from the action menu.
    4. \n
