You will be directed to sign in with the email address associated with your device. Choose the preferences you would like to allow, then click the Allow button. </p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/360023037212\" width=\"328\" height=\"306\"></p>\n<p>Your devices page will list your device in the connected section. Now that it is connected you will be able to select which types of data to import/export easily without completely unlinking your device. For example:</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-center\"><img src=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/article_attachments/28782763743764\"></p>\n<h3 id=\"h_01HP0B3D2VAQFD83S2JT49MJRN\" class=\"wysiwyg-text-align-left\">Tips</h3>\n<p>To avoid double counting your energy burned, if you have connected a device, we recommend setting your Activity Level to the default, Sedentary. This will avoid double-counting Energy.</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-indent1\">If you are unsure whether your device is linked, navigate to the login page for your account with your device provider (e.g. your Fitbit account information page at <a href=\"https://www.fitbit.com/login\">https://www.fitbit.com/login#</a>). Find your account information page to ensure that Cronometer is marked as one of your connected apps.</p>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-indent1\">Please see the article on <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020355032\">device troubleshooting</a> for more information.</p>\n<h3 id=\"h_01HP0B3D2VPBAFQYKKZN1MHEX8\">Mobile Integrations</h3>\n<p class=\"wysiwyg-indent1\">Cronometer also syncs with <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/22731903751316\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Health Connect</a> (Android), <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020730752\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Fit</a> (Android), <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056420172\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Samsung Health</a> (Android), and <a href=\"https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020734212\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apple Health</a> (iPhone).
