Link your Cronometer account with Health Connect to share biometric, nutrition, and exercise data.

To link your account you must use the Cronometer mobile app for Android. If you do not have the app, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

You must also download the Health Connect App from the Google Play store.

Once you have downloaded both apps to your device, and have set up your accounts:

  1. Log in to Cronometer
    2. \n
  2. Navigate to the More tab > Connect Apps & Devices \n
    3. \n
  3. Choose Health Connect from the list

  4. Tap Sync with Health Connect\n
    5. \n
  5. You will be asked to allow permissions for Cronometer to access data from Health Connect. Select Allow all or choose the data you'd like to import and export to Health Connect.

  6. Tap Allow

You will be able to use this same process to disconnect Health Connect from your Cronometer account.

  1. \nNavigate to the More tab > Connect Apps & Devices \n
    2. \n
  2. Choose Health Connect from the list
    3. \n
  3. Stop Sync with Health Connect
    4. \n

To confirm that Health Connect is connected to Cronometer and permissions are toggled on, you can:

  1. Navigate to the More tab > Connect Apps & Devices \n
    2. \n
  2. Choose Health Connect from the list
    3. \n
  3. \nOpen Health Connect

  4. Tap on App permissions\n
    5. \n
  5. This will open a list of your apps that are currently synced with Health Connect.
    6. \n
  6. Tap on Cronometer to see what you have granted permissions to share.

  7. At the bottom of the page, tap on Disable Cronometer's permissions if unused if you'd like to remove Cronometer's permissions if they haven't been used in over 90 days.

  8. You can also tap on Delete Cronometer data to permanently delete Cronometer data from Health Connect for the chosen time period.
